Jean-Luc Barthet, the president of Midi2i has just revealed an increase in the turnover of the real estate company to reach 13 million euros and a net result that jumps by 20% for the year 2013. Midi 2i, whose headquarters are in Toulouse, today ensures the management. of 19 funds whose real estate assets are more than one billion euros. The property portfolio consists of 134 assets (offices, shops, etc.), or approximately 490,000 m.2 distributed throughout France.
Investment of 156 million euros in 2023
Real estate continued to invest increasing its acquisitions by 7% to reach 156 million euros in 2023 (148 million euros in 2022).
