Trusted leakster Digital Chat Station has some very exciting news for its fans OnePlus and the next flagship of the company, the OnePlus 13.
According to DCS, the flagship will be powered by a larger battery. A much bigger battery.
This information has been rumored for a while, but the post from DCS comes and actually solidifies our belief about the OnePlus 13 battery.
According to the leakster, the OnePlus 13 will come with a 6,100 mAh or 6,200 mAh battery. Although he did not say which model he was referring to, everything in his post points to the OnePlus 13. Previous rumors said something similar, and in general, we expected the OnePlus 13 to have at least a 6,000 battery mAh.
The OnePlus 12 already had a large 5,400 mAh battery. OnePlus, however, gets even more generous.
The OnePlus 13 will be launched sometime this year, but probably in China first, like previous models. It is expected to make its global debut in January 2025. But nothing has been confirmed yet.
Other rumored specifications for the device include a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip (which will be announced in October), a 6.8-inch 2K display, and possibly a 50W wireless charging support like the OnePlus 12.
As for the cameras, it will likely have three Hasselblad-branded 50MP cameras. The OnePlus 13 is rumored to feature improved water resistance – IP68 or IP69.
